10 early birds will get TOBY first, fitted free at their local Pedders, to put it through its paces before anyone else. We'll invite early birds to put their hand up by email before launch. Chosen by Pedders, not drawn.
Early access terms: open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. An early access number gives priority to order, not a guaranteed unit, price or delivery date. The early bird price of $399 applies until 31 January 2027 or until the first 1,000 units are ordered, whichever comes first. *Price is for TOBY only. Fitting and set-up is optional and costs $79 at participating Pedders stores. Extra parts or labour, if needed, are quoted before work starts. From 1 February 2027 TOBY will sell for $599. The free Tow and Load Assessment (valued at $75) applies to TOBY bought at the early bird price, at participating Pedders stores. Referrals count once your mate confirms their email; self-referrals don't count. Your mates don't need to buy anything. One referral per email address. Disposable email addresses don't count. †Free TOBY: the first 25 people to have 10 mates join through their personal link get one TOBY free (includes standard installation at a participating Pedders store). The free Tow and Load Assessment is not included with a free TOBY. Mates must be new, genuine sign-ups; duplicate, fake or self-referred entries don't count, and we may verify referrals before awarding. Privacy collection notice.
Who we are. TOBY early access is run by Pedder's Shock Absorber Service Pty Ltd (ABN 90 004 848 435) ("Pedders", "we").
What we collect. Your name, email address, postcode, mobile number (if you give it), details about your vehicle and what you tow (if you give them), your marketing choices, your referral code and who joined through your link. We also record the page you joined from, and your IP address to stop spam sign-ups.
Why we collect it. To register you for TOBY early access and hold your place; to tell you when TOBY is available and how to claim the early access offer; to arrange fitting and your Tow and Load Assessment at a Pedders store near you; to run the referral program; to understand demand for TOBY; and, if you have agreed, to send you offers about TOBY and other Pedders products and services.
If you don't give us your details. We can't register you for early access. Offers are optional: you can join without agreeing to them.
Who we share it with. Pedders franchisees and stores (so they can fit TOBY and carry out your assessment), and service providers who host this website and send our emails and SMS on our behalf. We don't sell your details.
Overseas storage. Your details are stored by our website and database provider on servers in India. We take reasonable steps, including through our contracts with these providers, to make sure they handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Marketing. Every email and SMS we send will identify Pedders and include a simple way to unsubscribe.
Your rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how you can access or correct your information, how to make a complaint and how we deal with it. You can contact our Privacy Officer using the details in that policy.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free, and you never have to buy anything to join or to move up the queue.
Is my place guaranteed?
Your number gives you priority to order. It isn't a guaranteed unit, price or delivery date, and we'll keep you updated as stock lands.
Will you contact my mates?
Never. You share your own link however you like. We only email people who sign up themselves.
